What we collect

Account data: email, name, OAuth identifier.
Content data: drafts, voice profiles (text + embeddings), integration tokens (encrypted at rest with libsodium).
Usage data: LLM events (model, tokens, USD cost) for billing & quotas.
Technical data: IP, user agent, error traces (Sentry, sampled), product analytics (PostHog with autocapture off).

What we don't do

We do not train any model on your content.
We do not sell or share data with advertisers.
We do not enable third-party advertising cookies.

Sub-processors

Vercel (hosting), Neon (Postgres), Upstash (Redis cache).
Auth.js (auth), Resend (email), Creem (card payments — as Merchant of Record they are the seller and independently control the billing data you give them at checkout), PayPal (PayPal payments — a processor only, so on those purchases we are the seller and we record the country PayPal reports for your account, which we are required to keep as evidence of the tax due).
OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek (LLM inference).

Your rights

Export everything yourself from settings — it downloads as JSON, no request needed. For permanent deletion, email support@clawwww.pw from your account address; we confirm it is you, then erase your account and content within 30 days. EU, UK, and California users have GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA rights, including access, rectification, portability, and objection; the same address handles all of them.
