Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-10. These terms govern your use of Scriplume. By using the service you agree to be bound by them. If your business needs a custom DPA or MSA, write to hello@clawwww.pw.
1. Account & Eligibility
You must be 18+ and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. Billing, Trial, & Refunds
You can pay by card or by PayPal, and who sells you the product depends on which you choose. The price is identical either way.
Card payments are processed by Creem, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Creem is the legal seller of the product to you, appears as the merchant on your statement, issues your receipt, and is responsible for collecting and remitting EU VAT, US sales tax, and other applicable indirect taxes.
PayPal payments are processed by PayPal as a payment processor only. On those purchases the seller of record is Wang Qiyuan, trading as Scriplume, and we are the party responsible for any VAT or other indirect tax due in your country. Your receipt comes from us and PayPal appears on your statement as the payment method.
On either route we never receive or store your card details. Prices shown include any tax that applies to you; nothing is added at checkout.
New customers get a 7-day free trial with no card required. Monthly plans are refundable for 30 days from first charge, no questions asked. Annual plans are pro-rated. One-time purchases (downloads and credit packs) are refundable for 14 days unless the credits have already been used. AppSumo lifetime codes follow AppSumo's 60-day refund policy. You can cancel a subscription at any time from inside the app, on either payment route.
3. Acceptable Use
The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms and sets out in full what you may and may not generate. In summary, you agree not to use Scriplume to produce sexual or adult content, hateful or harassing content, impersonation or fabricated reporting, academic work submitted for credit as your own, instructions for illegal or harmful activity, or spam. You also agree not to reverse-engineer the service, resell access to it, or deliberately exhaust our LLM cost ceilings to deny service to other tenants.
Scriplume is an independent product that generates text through third-party language models, including those operated by OpenAI, Anthropic, and DeepSeek. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them.
4. Your Content
You retain all rights to content you upload and generate via Scriplume. We do not train models on your content. We need a limited license to process, store, and return your content as part of providing the service.
5. Service Availability
We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Status: /status.
6. Liability
Total aggregate liability is capped at the greater of $50 or what you paid in the last 12 months. We disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by law.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination you may export your data for 90 days; thereafter we delete it.
